Mona With Cats

Oil on board illustration initially created to bring awareness to a nonprofit organization established as a means of changing the way stray and unowned community cats are viewed and handled in Indianapolis. The cat's tipped left ear is a universal identification a cat is part a trap-neuter-return program.
